Eligibility and Account Registration

The a99bet platform is available exclusively to individuals who satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout their use of the platform:

• You are at least 21 years of age. a99bet strictly enforces this age limit and will request identity documentation to verify your age upon account creation or at any time thereafter.
• You are accessing the platform voluntarily and for personal entertainment purposes only. Commercial or professional use of the platform for purposes such as operating a betting syndicate is not permitted.
• You are not registered on any self-exclusion programme or any list of excluded persons maintained by a99bet or its affiliates.
• You have not previously had an a99bet account suspended, closed, or terminated for violations of these Terms.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, nominee, or representative of any third party.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information. a99bet reserves the right to request identity verification documents — including a national ID card, passport, or other government-issued identification — at any point. Failure to provide satisfactory verification may result in the suspension of your account and withholding of any pending withdrawals pending resolution.

a99bet operates a strict one-account policy. Each person may hold only one registered account. Where duplicate accounts are identified, a99bet reserves the right to close all but one account and to void any bonuses or winnings accrued through the duplicate account.

Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payment Processing

All financial transactions on the a99bet platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The following terms govern deposits and withdrawals:

• Minimum deposit: ৳500. The maximum deposit per transaction is subject to the limits set by the selected payment provider and may vary.
• Supported deposit methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard.
• Withdrawal processing time: Withdrawals are typically processed within 1–3 business days following successful identity verification. Mobile banking withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket are generally the fastest.
• Minimum withdrawal: ৳1,000. Withdrawals below this threshold will not be processed.
• You may only withdraw funds to a payment method that is registered in your own name. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited and will trigger an immediate account review.
• a99bet reserves the right to request additional verification before processing any withdrawal, including source-of-funds documentation where the platform deems it appropriate.

a99bet does not charge a fee for standard deposits or withdrawals; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees, for which a99bet accepts no responsibility. Currency conversion fees (where applicable) are the sole responsibility of the player.

Bonuses, Promotions, and Wagering Requirements

a99bet offers various bonuses and promotional incentives to new and existing players, including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, Eid, and Pohela Boishakh. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms unless a specific promotion states otherwise:

• Bonuses are credited to your a99bet account as bonus funds, not as real money. Bonus funds must be wagered the required number of times before they — or any winnings generated from them — may be withdrawn.
• Wagering requirements vary by promotion. The specific wagering requirement for each bonus will be stated clearly in the promotion's terms at the time of the offer. Typical wagering requirements range from 20x to 40x the bonus amount.
• Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slots generally contribute 100%, while live casino games, sports betting, and crash games may contribute at a lower rate or may not contribute at all. Contribution rates are specified in each promotion's dedicated terms.
• Bonuses must be used within the validity period stated in the promotion. Expired bonus funds are forfeited automatically.
• a99bet reserves the right to withdraw a bonus offer at any time, to modify the terms of an active promotion, or to exclude specific players from a promotion if misuse is suspected.
• Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per player, per household, and per IP address. Attempts to claim a welcome bonus multiple times through duplicate accounts will result in all associated accounts being suspended.

Any winnings generated from bonus play that exceed the maximum bonus win cap stated in the applicable promotion terms will be removed before withdrawal. Players are encouraged to read the full terms of each individual promotion before opting in.

Betting and Gaming Rules

The following rules apply to all betting and gaming activity conducted through the a99bet platform:

• All bets placed on the sportsbook are subject to the specific rules of the relevant sport and market. In the event of a dispute, the official result issued by the relevant sporting body — including ICC for cricket, FIFA for football, and BPL governing bodies for domestic cricket — will be accepted as the definitive outcome.
• Bets accepted in error — including bets offered at obviously incorrect odds due to a technical fault or human error — are void and will be settled at the correct odds, or cancelled entirely at a99bet's discretion.
• Live in-play bets are accepted subject to availability. a99bet reserves the right to suspend in-play betting on any market at any time without notice.
• For casino games, the rules of each individual game as presented within the game interface are the operative rules. In the event of a game malfunction or technical error during a live casino session, affected rounds may be voided and stakes returned to the player.
• Maximum bet limits apply to all markets and may vary depending on the event, the market type, and the player's account tier. a99bet reserves the right to limit the maximum stake on any bet at its discretion.
• Winnings from crash games are calculated based on the multiplier at which the player elected to cash out. Players who fail to cash out before the crash event are deemed to have lost their stake for that round.

a99bet's decision on the settlement of all bets is final. Disputes must be raised with the support team at [email protected] within 7 days of the relevant event. Disputes raised after this window will not be reviewed.

Responsible Gaming Obligations

a99bet is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices across its entire player base. By accepting these Terms, you acknowledge that:

• Gambling is a form of entertainment and carries an inherent risk of financial loss. You must never gamble more than you can afford to lose.
• You are accessing the platform voluntarily and are not doing so under financial duress, emotional stress, or while under the influence of alcohol or any other substance that impairs judgement.
• You are aware of and have access to the responsible gaming tools available on the a99bet platform, including deposit limits, session time limits, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion.

Players under the age of 21 are strictly prohibited from using the a99bet platform. a99bet actively enforces age restrictions and will immediately close any account found to belong to a minor, retaining any deposits and winnings pending further investigation in accordance with applicable guidelines.

Account Suspension, Termination, and Closure

a99bet reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account, and to void bets and withhold funds, if it has reasonable grounds to believe that any of the following has occurred:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Provision of false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or verification.
• Fraudulent activity, including the use of stolen payment methods, identity fraud, or unauthorised access to another person's account.
• Collusion with other players or third parties to gain an unfair advantage.
• Use of automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the platform in a manner inconsistent with normal human gameplay.
• Money laundering, structuring of transactions, or any activity that a99bet reasonably suspects may constitute a financial crime.
• Conduct that is abusive, threatening, or harassing toward a99bet staff or other platform users.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, a99bet reserves the right to retain any bonus funds, bonus winnings, and deposits made in connection with the breaching activity. Real-money balances unconnected to any breach may be returned to the player following a completed investigation, at a99bet's sole discretion.

Players who wish to voluntarily close their account may do so at any time by contacting the support team. Voluntary account closure requests are processed within 5 business days. Any real-money balance remaining in the account at the time of closure will be returned to the player via their registered payment method, subject to standard verification requirements.

Intellectual Property and Platform Content

All content on the a99bet platform — including but not limited to the website design, logos, trademarks, game interfaces, text, graphics, software, and data compilations — is the proprietary property of a99bet or its content licensors and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not extend to:

• Copying, reproducing, or distributing any platform content without prior written consent.
• Reverse-engineering, decompiling, or otherwise attempting to extract the source code of any platform software.
• Creating derivative works based on platform content.
• Using platform content for commercial purposes, including operating a mirror site, affiliate site, or any other service that derives commercial benefit from a99bet's intellectual property without authorisation.

Limitation of Liability and Disclaimers

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, a99bet shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the platform. This includes, without limitation:

• Loss of profits, revenue, or anticipated winnings resulting from any technical fault, service interruption, or platform downtime.
• Data loss or corruption resulting from your use of the platform.
• Losses arising from a delay in processing deposits, withdrawals, or bet settlements caused by third-party payment providers.
• Losses resulting from force majeure events, including but not limited to natural disasters, civil unrest, government actions, or widespread internet infrastructure failure.

a99bet makes no warranty, express or implied, that the platform will be available at all times, free from errors, or that defects will be corrected. The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. a99bet's total aggregate liability to any player in respect of any single incident shall not exceed the value of the player's deposits in the 30 days preceding the incident giving rise to the claim.

Privacy and Data Protection

a99bet collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy. By accepting these Terms, you also acknowledge and accept the a99bet Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of this agreement. Your personal data will be used for account management, identity verification, fraud prevention, and the delivery of platform services.

a99bet will not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Data may be shared with regulated third-party service providers — including payment processors, identity verification providers, and customer support software platforms — strictly to the extent necessary to operate the platform. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction in which a99bet operates. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including disputes relating to their validity, breach, termination, or nullity, shall first be submitted to a99bet's internal dispute resolution process.

To initiate a dispute, you must contact the support team in writing at [email protected] with a full description of the issue and all relevant supporting evidence. a99bet will acknowledge your dispute within 5 business days and provide a final determination within 30 business days of acknowledgement.

Where a dispute cannot be resolved through the internal process, the parties agree to submit the matter to binding arbitration before a mutually agreed arbitrator. Nothing in this clause shall prevent either party from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to protect proprietary rights or prevent irreparable harm.
